VIDEO IS MANDATORY
Customer must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
No return or replacement will be accepted without
unboxing video.
1. No General Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (wallpapers, wall panels, and décor items), we do not offer
general returns for change of mind, color preference, or design changes. Please review
product images and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement
⚠️ IMPORTANT: To be eligible for any return or replacement claim, you MUST record a
clear, uninterrupted video while opening your package. This video must show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The opening process clearly
- All contents of the package
- Any damage or defects (if claiming damage)
- The shipping label visible in the video
Claims submitted without unboxing video will NOT be processed.
3. Eligible for Replacement (with Unboxing Video)
We will consider replacement requests ONLY in the following cases:
- Product received is physically damaged (torn, crushed, water damage)
- Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Manufacturing defect visible on unopened rolls
- Missing items from the order
All claims must be supported by the unboxing video and reported within 48 hours of
delivery.
4. NOT Eligible for Return/Replacement
- Products without unboxing video evidence
- Change of mind or color preference
- Product doesn't match expectations (we recommend ordering samples first)
- Opened or partially used wallpaper rolls
- Products that have been cut, trimmed, or installed
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery
- Damage caused after delivery (installation damage, water damage, etc.)
5. How to Submit a Claim
- Record Unboxing Video: Must be recorded BEFORE opening the package

- Submit Evidence: Share your unboxing video, order number, and photos of the issue
- Wait for Review: Our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days
- Resolution: If approved, we will arrange replacement or provide store credit
6. Replacement Shipping
- If the claim is approved for damaged/defective products, replacement shipping will be covered by us
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- For wrong color/design (our mistake), we will cover replacement shipping
7. Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds. In exceptional cases where replacement is not possible:
- Store credit may be provided
- Credit is valid for 6 months from date of issue
- Credit is non-transferable
8. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order ONLY if it hasn't been shipped yet:
- Contact us immediately via WhatsApp
- If order is already dispatched, cancellation is not possible
- Processing fee of ₹100 may apply for cancellations

All products are available in rolls and sheets as per requirement.
10. Installation Support
We provide installer contact details after order confirmation. Please note that installation issues or
damage during installation are not covered under this policy.
