Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders
placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended to 2-3 business days. We
will notify you if there are any delays.
2. Delivery Timeline
Delivery times vary based on your location:
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 3-7
business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 5-10 business days
- Tier 3 Cities and Towns: 7-14 business days
- Remote Areas: 10-21 business days
These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather
conditions, courier delays, or local holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order value and delivery location:
- Orders above ₹5,000: FREE shipping across India
- Orders below ₹5,000: ₹200 flat shipping charge
- Remote/difficult-to-access areas: Additional charges may apply (we'll notify you
before shipping)
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
4. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery:
- Blue Dart
- DTDC
- India Post
- Delhivery
The courier partner is selected based on your location and product availability.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- WhatsApp message with tracking link (if you provided your number)
- Real-time tracking updates via SMS
You can track your order using the tracking number on the courier partner's website.
6. Packaging
We take great care in packaging your wallpaper to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:
- Wallpaper rolls are wrapped in protective plastic
- Packed in sturdy cardboard tubes or boxes
- Sealed with tamper-proof tape
- Labeled as "Fragile - Handle with Care"
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts:
- If you're unavailable, the courier will leave a delivery notice
- You can reschedule delivery or arrange pickup from the courier office
- After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us
- Return shipping charges may apply for reshipment
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost Shipments:
- If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery time, contact us immediately
- We will investigate with the courier partner
- If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund
Damaged Shipments:
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- If the package appears damaged, take photos before opening
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage
- We'll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost
9. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our services to international
locations. Please check back later or contact us for updates.
10. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery, please:
- Provide accurate and complete shipping address
- Include a working phone number for delivery coordination
- Be available to receive the package during business hours
- Inspect the package upon delivery
- Report any issues within 48 hours
11. Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be returned to us if:
- The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete
- The recipient refuses delivery
- Multiple delivery attempts fail
- The package is unclaimed at the courier office
In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
